Noletta Chiu graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Film Production, achieving Dean's List honors, from Southern Illinois University in 1992. She began her career as a production assistant at TVB and later joined Film Vision Limited as a junior producer, where she was responsible for securing distribution rights for films.

With over 30 years of experience in the licensing industry, Noletta is now the Executive Director and co-founder of Medialink Group, the first publicly listed IP agency in Hong Kong. In her role, she supervises and provides strategic guidance on the licensing business.

Noletta has successfully managed numerous high-profile intellectual properties in Asia, including Pocket Monsters, Garfield, The Little Prince, Transformers, Star Wars, Thomas & Friends, Peppa Pig, and Baby Shark. Her efforts have significantly contributed to building and expanding various brands across the region.
